About Bio-Cells

Bio-Cells provides mobile phlebotomy services by appointment. We come to the patient’s home, office, care facility, or another approved location. We do not provide walk-in patient appointments at our office address.

Services and Appointment Availability

Appointments are subject to availability, service area, lab order requirements, patient needs, location, safety, and other practical considerations.

Submitting a contact form, leaving a voicemail, sending a text message, or emailing Bio-Cells does not guarantee that an appointment has been scheduled. An appointment is confirmed only after Bio-Cells confirms the date, time, location, service details, and any applicable requirements.


Lab Orders, Test Kits, and Patient Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information needed for your appointment, which may include a valid lab order, specialty test kit instructions, provider information, laboratory requirements, identification, payment information, and a safe appointment location.

Bio-Cells may not be able to complete a service if required information, documentation, supplies, or conditions are unavailable.
You are responsible for confirming with your provider, laboratory, or testing company that mobile phlebotomy collection is appropriate for your requested test.


No Guarantee of Lab Results or Outcomes

Bio-Cells provides skilled mobile specimen collection services, but we do not guarantee medical outcomes, lab results, laboratory processing times, test availability, insurance coverage, provider decisions, or whether a laboratory will accept or process a specimen.

In some cases, a blood draw may not be completed due to patient condition, vein access, missing documentation, safety concerns, lab requirements, or other circumstances outside our control.


Onsite Service and Safe Environment

Because Bio-Cells comes to you, patients are expected to provide a clean, safe, and accessible area for the appointment. This may include proper lighting, a stable chair or surface, access to handwashing or sanitation if needed, and control of pets or other distractions.

Bio-Cells reserves the right to reschedule, stop, or decline service if the location is unsafe, inaccessible, or unsuitable for providing care.


Fees, Payment, and Cancellations

Fees, payment methods, cancellation policies, travel fees, or other charges may be discussed before scheduling or at the time of booking.

Payment may be required before or at the time services are provided. Bio-Cells may update service fees or payment policies at any time.

By contacting Bio-Cells, you agree that we may communicate with you by phone, text message, email, or voicemail regarding your inquiry, appointment, services, payment, or related matters.
