Accessibility Commitment

Last Updated: June 2, 2026

Bio-Cells Mobile Phlebotomy Services is committed to providing a respectful, accessible, and supportive experience for every patient.

We understand that many people choose mobile phlebotomy because traveling to a lab or medical office can be stressful, difficult, or uncomfortable. Our service is designed to bring gentle, private blood draws to you.

Mobile Care Comes to You

Bio-Cells provides mobile phlebotomy services at the patient’s home, office, care facility, or another approved location.
Patients do not come to our office for blood draw appointments. The business address listed on our website is not a walk-in patient location.

Because we come onsite, we encourage patients, caregivers, or family members to share any accessibility needs when scheduling so we can prepare for the visit.

Appointment Accommodations

Please let us know if you or the patient has accessibility, mobility, sensory, communication, or caregiving needs. This may include:

Mobility limitations
Wheelchair or walker access
Difficulty transferring or sitting
Needle anxiety
Sensory sensitivities
Autism-related support needs
Hearing or vision considerations
A caregiver, parent, guardian, or interpreter being present
A preference for slower explanation before the draw
A need for extra privacy or discretion

Carmen will do her best to create a calm, respectful, and comfortable experience based on the patient’s needs and the conditions of the appointment location.

Preparing the Appointment Space

To help us provide safe and comfortable care, we may ask that the appointment location include:

A clean and safe area
Good lighting
A stable chair, table, or surface
Enough space for Carmen to work comfortably
A calm environment when possible
Pets secured during the appointment
Any lab orders, test kits, or required documents ready before the visit

If the space is unsafe or unsuitable for service, Bio-Cells may need to reschedule or discuss another location.

Website Accessibility

Bio-Cells wants this website to be easy to use for as many visitors as possible. We aim to provide clear language, readable content, simple navigation, and accessible ways to contact us.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. If you experience difficulty using the website, reading content, submitting a form, or accessing any information, please contact us and we will do our best to help you another way.

Need Help Scheduling?

If the website is difficult to use or you prefer direct assistance, please call or text us. We can help answer questions, explain the process, and schedule an appointment by phone or text.

Because Healthcare Should Feel Human

Bio-Cells helps patients avoid the stress, exposure, and inconvenience of traditional lab visits by bringing calm, private, one-on-one blood draw services directly to their home, office, care facility, or preferred location.

This is where we establish that Bio-Cells is not just “convenient mobile phlebotomy.” It is about comfort, trust, privacy, dignity, and human care. The branding guide explicitly positions the brand beyond traditional mobile phlebotomy marketing and toward a compassionate healthcare experience.
